Rich Gardner
Founder & CEO
Rich Gardner is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Capital Partners, and he has held this position since inception in 2018. Prior to founding GCP Mr. Gardner was VP of Sales/ Western Region, of a NASDQ tech company in charge of establishing a Value-Added Reseller network throughout the United States. In this position, Mr. Gardner was responsible for 107 sales people and $100mm in annual sales. In the past, Mr. Gardner has orchestrated commercial real estate transactions, sales of investment grade agricultural assets and oil and gas transactions totaling approximately $1B in aggregate.
Greg Whitson
Founder & President
Greg Whitson is a founder and President of Golden Capital Partners, and he has held this position since inception in 2018. Prior to founding GCP Mr. Whitson was national sales director of a NASDQ tech company in charge of data and software distribution In this position, Mr. Whitson was responsible for managing over 100 national accounts including Oracle, HP, IBM, etc. In the past, Mr. Whitson has held several regional management positions in real estate finance as well as large scale Ag related assets.
Kayla Mahoney
Director of Sales
Kayla Mahoney is Director of Sales at Golden Capital Partners, where she connects investors with debt for acquisitions, bridge financing, construction, and equipment transactions. With a background in commercial real estate brokerage, licensed in Florida and in Colorado, she brings a dual perspective on deal pricing, positioning, and financing execution, particularly when speed and flexibility are critical. One of the youngest CCIM candidates across Florida and Colorado, Kayla is currently completing her CCIM Institute designation, with an approach grounded in underwriting, market analysis, and investment strategy.
